Wow! Light but filling at the same time. The kale is perfectly chopped, fine enough to eat without feeling like you're chewing forever. The dressing is light but flavourful. I love the quinoa instead of burghal wheat. The whole salad tastes fresh. Highly recommend if you're looking for a healthy meal that does NOT feel like you're cheating yourself on taste or substance.
