Is it normal to feel hungry when I start my plan?

Yes – if the plan you are on consists of less calories than you are used to eating, you are likely to feel hungry until your body adapts.

I am going on holiday; do I still need to pay for food while I am away?

Don’t worry, you won’t lose out, you can pause your plan and pick up when you’re back. We will just add on the boxes you have missed to the end of your plan.

I don’t eat meat, are there alternative options?

Of course, we offer a fully plant-based menu for vegetarians, vegans or those who are choosing to eat less animal products.

Why is it a 4 week plan?

Soulmate food is all about longevity and results, and we firmly believe you will notice the difference after a 4 week cycle. We don’t believe in crash diets. Eating well is about consistency and enjoying a variety of nutritious and delicious foods in order to stay on track.

Will I lose weight on a plan?

If weight loss is your goal, and you are on the burn plan, then yes. But only if you stick to the plan will you have the desired effect. We have had clients lose upto 28 inches in 12 weeks. If you can commit yourself to your health, our plan will help you get there.

How do I customise my menu?

Once an order is placed, you can log into your account area, view your menu and swap your dishes until midnight on Monday for delivery the following Sunday. All orders are finalised and cannot be amended after midnight.

My aim is to build muscle; do you provide a plan which does this?

Yes, we offer a build plan which will provide you will more calories than you need on a daily basis, to aid muscle growth – if you’re not sure which plan is right for you, speak to our wellness manager.

Can I eat anything else while I am on the plan?

In short, yes, but remember that everything you consume adds to your overallcalorie intake for the day, so you will need to make allowances elsewhere such as an extra workout. You can also enjoy your favourite foods on down days when you’re not on the plan but be sure to keep track by uploading to MyFitnessPal and logging calories.
